Ways to work with me

There are a few ways that you can work with me, and which option you choose will depend on how much support you need, how prepared and confident you want to feel, your availability, and also your financial situation.

I will say this - I wouldn’t recommend choosing the cheapest option just because it is the cheapest option. The reason for this is, whilst the least costly options still serve their purpose and are good value for money, the more costly options are even better value for money and you have much more input and support on a personal level.

Birth and motherhood are an absolute minefield, and you can never have too much support or knowledge to help you navigate your way through.

Birthology - This is our signature birth and parenthood preparation group programme. It runs over one weekend a month in a beautiful venue in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. If you are local enough then I wholeheartedly recommend this option. Not only do you gain a comprehensive birth education and prep for parenthood knowledge, to feel confident, prepared, and empowered ready for birth. You also gain a new circle of friends who are having babies around a similar time to you. The social aspect of our group courses is something that is ALWAYS commented on within feedback. 1:1 Birth Coaching - An extended version of Birthology, but delivered virtually on a 1:1 basis. You will get all of the Birthology course content, plus some fully tailored birth preparation sessions, and 3hrs of postpartum support aswell. You will feel fully prepared for labour and birth, completely confident and empowered in your decision making, and be super aligned with your body and your baby as a result. The postpartum support will help to guide you through those first few weeks, support with infant feeding, sleep, transition to parenthood, and postpartum recovery aswell. EmpowHER hour - A 60-minute virtual call which is fully tailored to you and your individual needs. You will have an opportunity to fully pick my Midwife/Mama brain with any questions you have about your individual situation, the maternity system, labour and birth in general, parenthood/fourth trimester. This is a perfect option for anybody who has already undertaken a full birth preparation course and just wants to cover a few things again, or for anybody who just wants to problem solve/talk through a particular issue within their pregnancy.
